A strong, dark-green tea with a notable fragrance and high in fluoride.

Its sleek black leaf with golden tip produces a rich, auburn liquor and floral aroma. Produced in very limited quantities. Considered the Champagne of black teas.

From the mountains of North Fujian, leaves are processed over pine fires to absorb the smoky flavor. The red liquor can be drunk with sugar and milk if desired.
